Midwest Mission is a disaster response agency for the United Methodist Church that does so much more than disaster response. CUMC regularly partners with MMDC to do food packs, school kit packs, layette kit packs and more. Midwest Mission is sending hope around the corner and around the world.
Our next food pack is Wednesday, October 26th from 6:00-8:00 pm at the church. All are welcome and all can participate!
Once a year CUMC does a great big school supply and backpack giveaway to any student in the surrounding area that needs it. It is our hope that every student in our area will have the tools to succeed at school and life. This year's event will be in early August. Financial donations and backpack donations are being accepted now.

Sunday school teachers and helpers are a very important part of our children's ministry. Sunday school teachers and helpers prepare lessons from curriculum and either lead or assist on Sunday mornings. What makes Sunday school teachers so important is their presence in the lives of our kids. All kids need adults (other than their parents) that know their name, love them and care for their spiritual and personal development.
To help with Sunday school, contact Belinda Green or Natalie Morey.
